Virgo
Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of September in Virgo, this is always a month for new beginnings, as this takes you into your birthday month and new solar year. However, when the Sun returned last month, it was to find new doors were already open and even those previously blocked or out of reach were hanging on their hinges after Mars had recently spent six and a half weeks declaring war on roadblocks and barriers, whether real or imagined. Mars left Virgo 16 days before the Sun returned, taking you into a new two year Mars cycle and leaving you with your passions, drive, warrior and competitive spirit fired up.
By the time you moved into your birthday month and new solar year, you were born ready. While the Sun will leave on 23rd September and Mercury's return from 3rd September to 18th September will be a chance to get your head in the game, think on your feet, the communication lines open and to make smart choices, decisions and plans, it is not until Venus returns on 20th September that your heart will get the final say. Meanwhile, Mars has moved on and until leaving your income sector on 20th September he will continue to wage war on glass ceilings, roadblocks and barriers, whether real or imagined as he gives you the drive to fight for what you deserve.
When Mars left Virgo last month there was a 16 day gap until the Sun returned but this time, while Mars will leave your income sector on 20th September, Mercury will return on 18th September with the smart head for money needed to get your head in the game and the Sun will return on 23rd September, something that at this point each year will always see the solar spotlight shift onto your income situation, matters and options. Meanwhile, because Saturn will retrograde back out of your financial sector on 1st September, unlike Mars when he returned last month, no planets returning to your income sector this month will clash. However, with still enough planets monitoring a balance between money coming in and money going out. This will see Saturn retrograde back into your relationship sector, where he will have the support of planets in your communication sector from the start.
Virgo
There is change in the air on the romantic and relationship fronts this month, even though there is no planetary activity in your romantic sector. Instead, it is Venus who is making this a romantically charged month, though with the month ending on a different note to how it begins. The month begins with Venus, the planet of love having just returned to a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart, where she is taking your heart on a nostalgic trip down love's memory lane that will end with her return to Virgo on 20th September. This is when the Moon will make the first of two visits to your romantic sector from this month from 2nd September to 4th September, amplifying a sense of romantic nostalgia.
By the time the Moon returns on 29th September, where it will end the month, Venus will be in Virgo and on her own after your birthday month ends on 23rd September, will be taking your heart into the future. Meanwhile, there are some big changes on the relationship front this month with Saturn retrograding back into your relationship sector on 1st September, just over three months after leaving at the end of May. Neptune, who after 13 years left your relationship sector at the end of March is also in retrograde motion and on his way back, but won't return until later next month.
Since Saturn and Neptune left, the North Node not only stayed on to maintain a sense of direction and keep things on track, but has been busy building a partnership with the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment in your communication sector. Juno will leave on 1st October, but with Mars returning on 22nd September to take over from where she will leave off, ensuring there is ongoing support between the communication and relationship gods. That will be especially important when the Moon not only returns from 7th September to 9th September but clashes with the Sun in Virgo as a Full Moon. This is a Full Moon that at some point during your birthday month will put a balance between your own and your relationship needs to the test, but this time, as a total lunar eclipse this will be hard to ignore.
