Sagittarius
From the start, this is a month where the past, present and future are set to overlap and it will stay that way through next month as well. While the Sun won't return to begin your birthday month and new solar year until later next month, as it does at the same time each year, the asteroid Juno's return on 1st October will see the queen of commitment begin preparing for the parade of planets that are set to return between now and the end of the year. This includes Venus and Mars, who are set to meet up in Sagittarius in December for the first time in 19 years. This is something that while looking to the future, will give you better access to the doors open to the past on the playful and creative fronts.
Meanwhile, while the Sun won't return to a nostalgic and reflective part of your chart to begin the wind down of this current solar year until 23rd October, Mars' return last month has already begun the wind down of your current two year Mars cycle. Mercury will return on 7th October and not leaving and returning to Sagittarius until 30th October, will help you to look back objectively. Meanwhile, anchoring you in the present is that the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of October in your friendship sector, with the solar spotlight on your social life, friendships, team and networking.
Even when the Sun leaves on 23rd October, Venus' return on 14th October will not only bring the laws of attraction and synchronicity into play but will keep you anchored while maintaining a month long overlapping of the past, present and future. This will also help to maintain a connection to Uranus, in his last full month in your relationship sector before retrograding back out next month and to Pluto, who will turn direct in your communication sector on 14th October. This is the same day and just a few hours after Venus returns, making the whole month, but especially the second half, well supported across the communication, social and relationship fronts.
Sagittarius
Even though there has been continuous planetary activity on the romantic front for years and on the relationship front for the majority of the year, nothing is ever static and there is not only change in the air, but the love and relationship gods are dialling up an important month on both fronts. However, the real action is on the romantic front and especially in the first seven days of the month. It begins on 1st October, when the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment not only returns to Sagittarius, but straight into a friendly aspect to Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams, just as he moves into his final three weeks in your romantic sector.
Juno and Neptune will spend the next five days at a friendly aspect, giving you the resolve to follow your heart, while until retrograding back out on 22nd October, the doors are open to the past and second chances. It is just as this is starting to separate that the Moon will not only move through your romantic sector from 6th October to 8th October, but as the most romantically charged Full Moon of 2025. The love gods are throwing everything they have into Neptune's final weeks in your romantic sector, as well as support for the three planets that will stay on for the rest of the year and until the planet of hopes and dreams returns in January.
Meanwhile, as Uranus moves into his last full month in your relationship sector before retrograding back out, it is not only with the support of Pluto in your communication sector, but from the Moon's two visits. The Moon will move through your communication sector from 2nd October to 4th October, aligning with Pluto and forming a friendly aspect to Uranus. With both in retrograde motion, this will be especially good for giving your emotional responses, relationships, the past and unsaid words a voice. It is a week later that the Moon's return to your relationship sector from 10th October to 12th October will bring a chance to check in, while also connecting with Uranus and Pluto again.
