This month has a mix of the familiar and the unfamiliar, with shifts and changes that will see the dynamics of the year shift as new partnerships are formed and others either strengthen or change shape. The biggest shift will come in the early hours of the month, when just over three months after returning to your friendship sector for the first time in three decades, Saturn will retrograde out and back into your career sector. This will see Saturn end his partnership with the planets in your communication sector, though the four planets staying on will benefit from having Mercury, the planet of communication there until 3rd September and Venus, the planet of love until 20th September. Meanwhile, this will see Saturn form a brand new partnership, as he returns to find that while he has been gone Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion has returned to your income sector. This is Jupiter's first full month on his own, after a parade of planets over the last few months have helped to get his 12 month quest for income growth and expansion off the ground. Saturn and Jupiter are the two most powerful planets in the solar system and along with the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment who is in your work sector until 1st October and Mars, who will return on 20th September, this is going to power up the rest of the year on the income, work and career fronts. In what is an important and positive month for home, family and/or property matters, but also on the fun, playful, romantic and creative side of life's fence, this makes the lunar nodes' policing of your work/life balance more important than ever and especially around the time of an eclipsing Full Moon in your career sector on 8th September. While this is going to energise things already ripe with potential across the income, work and career fronts, this is also the Full Moon that at some point during the Sun's month long visit to your home and family sector will see them clash, putting your work/life balance to the test. With Mars in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart until 22nd September, Mercury returning on 18th September and the Sun on 23rd September, this is a chance for some future proofing.

While the Sun's return to your romantic sector on 23rd September is the point in each year, when on the September equinox the solar spotlight will always shift onto matters of the heart and all things romantic, with a massive head start this year. It was early last month that Mars, the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos returned for his first visit to your romantic sector in two years, while beginning the first planetary activity on the romantic front since the Sun left in October 2024. By the time you move into the new month, Mars has only just passed the halfway point in his six and a half week mission to fire up your romantic passions and fighting spirit. Mars is the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos and he lives for something to fight for and has spent much of last month declaring war on old excuses, roadblocks and barriers, whether real or imagined. This is clearing a path for the planets that will follow in his wake, culminating with Venus, the planet of love's return next month. It is during Mars' final days before leaving on 20th September that Mercury will return on 18th September, beginning his annual mission to give your heart a voice and to put heart and mind on the same page. With the Sun not returning until 23rd September and Mars leaving on 20th September, Mercury will bridge the gap and ensure things don't go off the boil. Helping with that will be the Moon's return to your romantic sector from 22nd September to 24th September. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity in your relationship sector until Mercury returns late next month, the Moon's two visits this month will be enough to keep you emotionally engaged and aware. The Moon will not only begin the month in your relationship sector, but until leaving on 2nd September will be closely aligned with Venus, the planet of love who is in your communication sector until 20th September.
