Aquarius
Until the Sun leaves Aquarius and your birthday month ends on 18th February, you are still laying down the foundations of this new solar year while on parallel tracks you are also laying down the foundations for a much longer journey. On those tracks sits Pluto, with the planet of change and transformation still settling into what is the first full year of a 20 year transit through Aquarius and the journey that the next two decades will take you on. This is something that will evolve as you go, so there is less focus on the details and more on having an initial sense of direction, which will benefit the start of this new solar year as well.
Until he leaves Aquarius on 15th February, Mercury is focused on the details, giving you the mental focus that will allow you to make smart choices, decisions and plans for the coming year while as the planet of communication working to get the communication lines open. With a Full Moon in your relationship sector on 13th February, just two days before Mercury leaves, the latter couldn't be more important. However, by then you will have even more communication support to draw on with Venus, the planet of love returned to your communication sector on 4th February to begin an early and extended mission to give your heart and your relationships a voice.
Until then, Venus will start the month wearing her planet of money hat, as she works to both get the month off to a lucrative start and steer things in a lucrative sense of direction before leaving your income sector on 4th February. A retrograde turn early next month will see her retrograded back in for a do over, but not until later next month. Before then, Mercury's return on 15th February and the Sun's return on 18th February will see them continue but take a more practical approach to what Venus has begun. They will also get to experience the same support that Venus has had from Mars in your work sector and from the asteroid Juno, in your career sector until 20th February.
Aquarius
While there has been no planetary activity in your relationship sector since Mars retrograded back out early last month and there will be none until he returns in April, the Moon not only continues to make its monthly visits but support on the communication front is building. Meanwhile, there is also a turnaround on the romantic front this month, with 4th February an important day on both fronts. In the lead up to this, the Moon's monthly visit to your communication sector from 2nd February to 4th February will be a chance to get the ball rolling ahead of Venus, the planet of love's return just a few hours later.
It is just as Venus is settling into what will be her longest visit to your communication sector in eight years and her extended mission to give your heart and your relationships a voice, that just a few hours later and also on 4th February, Jupiter will turn direct in your romantic sector. Still on his own but with a lot of support from the Sun and planets in your romantic sector, this brings you to a major turning point on the romantic front, with what Jupiter is working to make a lucky year for love back on track after taking a detour down memory lane.
It is just a few days later that the Moon will return for its monthly visit to your romantic sector, with the romantically charged lunar vibes from 6th February to 8th February able to jumpstart anything stalled and get the romantic flame burning again. This is when you will sense that the focus has shifted away from the past and onto the road ahead. It is a few days later that the Moon will not only make its monthly visit to your relationship sector from 11th February to 13th February but as a Full Moon. By then Venus will be settled into your communication sector and will be on hand to give any strong emotional responses a voice.
