Because the Sun will always spend the first three weeks of April in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery, but will always end the month in your career sector, there is an awareness at this time of year of a need for balance. Venus and Mercury travel with the Sun, but not to the same strict timetable, so will often return a few days or weeks ahead or behind when the solar spotlight shifts from one side of life's fence to the other. At the moment, the Sun is travelling ahead of Mercury and Venus, so when he leaves on 20th April and returns to your career sector, he will leave them behind in an adventurous part of your chart. However, there will be a need to make work/life balance a priority from the start, for while the annual shift from the adventurous to the professional side of life's fence won't happen until later in the month Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion has reached his last full month in your career sector and of a 12 month quest for professional growth and expansion. Jupiter is not only gathering speed and momentum, but from 18th April to 22nd April will catch up and align with Uranus, the planet of surprise, synchronicity and the unexpected who has been here since 2019. It has been eight decades since the planets of luck and synchronicity have aligned in your career sector and with the Sun returning on 20th April, it will be right in the middle of some of the most auspicious days here in eight decades. Yet with Venus not leaving an adventurous part of your chart until 29th April, Mercury here all month and Mars returning in the early hours of May, there will still be a need for balance. Meanwhile, Mars will spend the whole of April in your financial sector, with the warrior planet of the cosmos making the most of his first chance in two years to fire up your financial passions and fighting spirit.

It was back in January that the Sun and Pluto both returned to your relationship sector on the same day, with the Sun having just turned the solar spotlight onto your relationships a few hours before the planet of change and transformation returned. Pluto had spent a few months here last year, but he never got past the doorstep and retrograded back out less than three months later. Pluto had returned just a few weeks after Saturn's three year visit ended and judging it too soon after what could have been some challenging years, retrograded back out with the promise that he would return. Since Pluto's return in January the Sun, Mercury, Venus and finally Mars moved through, all with a more immediate focus on your relationships while he settled into a journey that will keep him here until 2044. As you move into the new month Mars has only just left, with Pluto in his early days on his own. While as the planet of change and transformation Pluto can bring sudden change, as he is here for the next 20 years, as long as you don't get stuck this will be more of a gradual evolution rather than a sudden revolution. However, if you do get stuck, he will pull out the crowbar to prize you loose. Pluto won't be on his own until Venus returns later in the year, with the Moon returning each month with a chance to check in. The Moon will make its first visit since Mars left and since Pluto shifted the focus from the short to the long term and onto focusing more on the journey, from 3rd April to 6th April. As always, this will be a chance to check in and to become more emotionally engaged, but for the first time since he returned in January, while it is only Pluto here. Meanwhile, with no planetary activity in your romantic sector, it helps that you will start the month with the Moon here. The Moon will leave on 1st April, but these romantically charged lunar vibes will be back again from 26th April to 28th April.
